5. Liability

6. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the rental agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, customers must remove all items and return the unit in good condition.

Early termination by the customer may result in additional fees as outlined in the rental agreement.
7. Maintenance and Repairs
Storage Finchley is responsible for the maintenance of common areas and the overall facility. Customers must report any damage or issues with their storage unit promptly.
8. Rules and Regulations
Customers must adhere to the following rules:
- Prohibition of illegal activities on the premises.
- No modification or alteration of storage units.
- Compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Respect for other customers and personnel.
9. Dispute Resolution
